How long does delivery take?
Pieces in stock ship in three working days. Made-to-order pieces take four to six weeks and we send photos from the workshop.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes. Two people bring the piece into the room of your choice, assemble it and take away the packaging.
What is the 100-night trial?
Live with a piece for up to a hundred nights. If you are not happy we collect it for free and refund you in full.
Do you deliver outside Washington?
We deliver nationwide. Delivery over $400 is free and under $400 is $59.
Can I change the finish later?
Yes. Any oak piece can be sanded and re-oiled in a different finish, and we sell the oil and a short guide.
How do repairs work?
Send us a photo. We post the part or arrange a collection, free in the first five years.
